About the Role:

We’re seeking a polished, personable, and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic, high-end healthcare environment. This role blends concierge-level guest services, front office coordination, and marketing/public relations support.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Delivering a 5-star experience for every patient—from the first phone call to the moment they walk out the door
Answering and managing incoming patient calls and new patient inquiries
Scheduling appointments and managing the daily calendar
Coordinating new patient paperwork (emailing, mailing, and assisting at check-in)
Maintaining and updating a patient lead tracker (training provided)
Greeting patients, offering refreshments, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
Acting as a liaison between front and back office
Communicating with referral offices and sending correspondence as needed
Supporting marketing projects and occasional in-office events
Sending thank-you letters to new patients and referring offices
What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of dental experience required (front office or treatment coordination)
Polished communication skills and professional demeanor
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
A warm, friendly presence with a proactive, team-player attitude
Interest in long-term career growth within our boutique practice
Bonus Points For:

Previous experience in a high-end service or hospitality environment
Familiarity with Open Dental software
Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour, depending on experience
Paid time off
Employee dental discount
8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday (no weekends)
In-person role in our beautiful Austin office
