Title: Registered Dental Assistant

Responsibilities
• Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos
• Provide excellent chairside support and patient education
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
• Help create a calm, welcoming experience for every patient
Qualifications
• Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with digital radiography (preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Experience with Eaglesoft (a plus, but not required)
