Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled dental professional to join our dynamic team as a Dental Compliance Specialist! Our company provides outsourced compliance support services for over 168 private medical and dental practices across Texas. This position requires an individual with exceptional critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, superb leadership ability, and highly effective people engagement skills. Responsibilities/Required Skills:
Candidate MUST have dental work experience…medical experience is a plus
Conduct on-site compliance inspections
Prepare inspection reports and briefing results to clients
Engage with regulatory agencies such as the OSHA, DEA, Health & Human Services, TX Medical & Dental Boards, TX Department of Radiology, etc.
Conducting annual HIPAA, OSHA, False Claims training for clients
