Title: Orthodontic Dental Assistant (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Description: Lee Dental Centers; A Long Term Multi-Specialty Dental Practice in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our Leon Springs location. We offer flexible options: part-time orthodontics only or full-time orthodontics with general dentistry.
Pay: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
• Assist orthodontist with braces, wire changes, bands, and adjustments
• Prepare patients and treatment rooms
• Take dental X-rays, impressions, and intraoral photos
• Sterilize instruments and follow OSHA/infection control protocols
• Chart patient notes and update dental records
• Deliver excellent patient care and customer service
• Assist with general dentistry procedures (full-time role)
Qualifications
• Dental Assistant experience required
• Orthodontic experience strongly preferred
• X-ray certification preferred (per state requirements)
• Knowledge of orthodontic and dental instruments
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
• Reliable, organized, and patient-focused
