We're a private, fee-for-service practice in Cedar Park looking for an Associate Dentist ready to elevate their skills and career.
Who we're looking for: A dentist with a few years of experience — ideally someone coming from a high-volume corporate environment who's ready for the next chapter. You've built your speed and foundational skills, now you want to slow down, do things right, and learn how to practice at the highest level.

Dr. Regina's story: She moved to the U.S. in 2010 not speaking a word of English, with a dental degree that didn't transfer. She learned the language, went back to dental school at Loma Linda while raising two toddlers (and had her third child during school), and rebuilt her career from scratch. She opened Cedar Park Dental Wellness in 2021 with the mission of bringing tomorrow's dentistry to Central Texas today. Her mentorship is hands-on, rigorous, and invaluable.

Flexibility:
We're open to part-time or full-time — 4-5 days per week with the ability to work more if desired. Hiring timeline is flexible. We're especially interested in candidates currently working in the Austin area looking for an easy transition. Since we're out-of-network, there's no credentialing hassle — you can start when you're ready.

Cedar Park Dental Wellness is a private, out-of-network practice. We don't chase insurance reimbursements or rush patients through. We take our time, do things right, and deliver results. Our patients are discerning adults who value quality and are willing to invest in their health.
We perform the full scope of dentistry — from preventive care to complex full-mouth reconstructions, implants, extractions, root canals, and periodontal surgeries. You'll never be bored, and you'll never stop learning.
