Balcones Dental is looking for an upbeat and skilled dental hygienist to join our established, patient-centered practice in Austin, TX. If you love building relationships, providing excellent care, and working with a close-knit, high energy team that genuinely enjoys coming to work—you’ll fit right in.

Schedule

Monday-Thursday: 8:00-5:00
Friday: 8:00-12:00

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing comprehensive dental hygiene care (prophy, SRP, perio maintenance)
Educating patients on oral health and preventive care
Taking digital X-rays and charting accurately
Collaborating with the doctor and team to deliver exceptional patient experiences
Helping patients feel comfortable, heard, and confident in their care

What We’re Looking For

Active Texas RDH license
Excellent chairside manner and communication skills
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Strong attention to detail and clinical excellence
Focus on patient education and building lasting relationships
