North Austin Oral Surgery is growing and looking to add a motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our clinical team. This role supports our oral surgeons during procedures while providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment. We look forward to hearing from you!

Responsibilities
• Assist surgeons during oral surgery procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and surgical rooms
• Take dental radiographs (panoramic and CBCT)
• Prepare patients for surgery and review medical histories
• Provide pre- and post-operative instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR
• Maintain infection control and clinical safety standards
• Support clinic workflow and inventory management

Qualifications
• Active Texas RDA license
• CPR/BLS certification
• 1+ year dental assisting experience (oral surgery preferred)
• Experience with dental imaging and EMR systems
• Strong communication and patient care skills
