Description: We are a growing pediatric dental office looking to add a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to our team. Our practice is fun, fast-paced, and family-focused. We have an excellent dental team that is focused on providing 5-star service to every child and family who walks through our doors.
What You’ll Do-
Provide gentle, high-quality hygiene care to pediatric patients
Educate kids and parents on oral health in a positive, encouraging way
Build rapport and trust with patients and their families
Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team
Maintain accurate charting and use dental practice software
Help support a smooth, efficient flow in a busy pediatric environment
What We’re Looking For –
Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Friendly, outgoing, and hard-working
Strong customer service mindset and love for working with children
Ability to build rapport with patient families and teammates
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with computers; prior dental practice software experience is a plus
