Job Titles & Responsibilities: Supported dentists during procedures by handing instruments, managing suction devices, and preparing treatment areas. Infection control, including sterilizing instruments, disinfecting rooms, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. Other clinical duties include taking and processing dental X-rays, making dental impressions, applying fluoride or sealants, performing coronal polishing, and monitoring nitrous oxide during procedures. Prepare patients for treatment, explain procedures to reduce anxiety, and provide oral hygiene instructions.

Office management tasks including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, processing billing and insurance claims, and maintaining inventory of dental supplies. Greet patients, answer questions, and ensure a positive patient experience. Effective communication and organizational skills
