### Responsibilities
* Assist the doctor during patient treatment
* Help create a positive experience for children and families
* Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical supplies
* Take radiographs and perform duties allowed under Texas RDA guidelines
* Educate patients and parents on oral health and home care
* Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to provide excellent care
### Qualifications
* Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
* Pediatric experience preferred but not required
* Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Passion for providing excellent patient care
* Enjoy working with children and families
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
