We are currently seeking a skilled, compassionate, and energetic Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional clinical care, including routine prophylaxis, periodontal scaling, root planing, and debridement.
Perform thorough oral cancer screenings, examine gums, and take accurate digital diagnostic X-rays.
Educate patients of all ages on proper oral hygiene techniques and individualized preventative care plans.
Maintain accurate, detailed electronic patient records and treatment plans.
Sterilize instruments and ensure standard OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols are strictly followed.
Collaborate closely with our dentist and team members to ensure smooth patient flow and a stellar patient experience.

Qualifications & Skills:
Valid State License as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, empathetic patient chairside manner.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team-focused environment.
Experience with dental practice management software is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate!
Open to both seasoned professionals and enthusiastic recent graduates.
