**Mijares Dental Group** is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and patient-focused **Registered Dental Assistant** to join our team!
This is a **part-time position (2 days per week)** at our **Shavano Park** location.
💰 **Pay: $20–25/hour** (based on experience)

We're looking for someone who is dependable, takes initiative, works efficiently, and is always willing to jump in and help wherever needed. If you're the type of person who sees what needs to be done without being asked, you'll fit right in.
### Clinical experience and responsibilities include:
• Confident chairside assisting with general dentistry procedures
• Fabricating and adjusting temporary crowns and bridges
• Digital scanning using **iTero and other intraoral scanners**
• Scanning for crowns, bridges, restorative procedures, and implant workflows
• Taking high-quality diagnostic dental radiographs
• Preparing patients and treatment rooms for clinical care
• Following proper sterilization and infection-control protocols
• Maintaining an organized and efficient clinical workflow
• Anticipating the doctor's needs during procedures
• Educating and communicating with patients in a friendly, professional manner
• Helping patients feel comfortable, valued, and cared for from the moment they arrive until they leave
### What we're looking for:
• Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant certification
• A strong work ethic and willingness to stay productive throughout the day
• A friendly, outgoing personality with an exceptional chairside manner
• The ability to quickly establish trust and rapport with patients of all ages
• Dependability, punctuality, and professionalism
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence performing all routine RDA duties in a busy general dentistry practice
• A positive, team-first attitude
• **Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.**
