Description: We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dental team. The ideal candidate is organized, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dental office. You’ll work closely with our dentists and team members to provide excellent patient care and keep the clinical day running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

– Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures
– Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
– Take dental X-rays as permitted by state regulations
– Sterilize and disinfect instruments and treatment areas
– Review patient medical histories and prepare patients for treatment
– Provide patients with post-treatment and oral hygiene instructions
– Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
– Follow infection-control, OSHA, and office safety protocols
– Help create a welcoming and comfortable experience for every patient

Qualifications:

– Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certificate
– Dental radiography/X-ray certification
– Previous dental assisting experience preferred
– Knowledge of sterilization and infection-control procedures
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
– Commitment to providing outstanding patient care
