Title: Dental Hygienist

Description: We are seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist to join our close-knit, two dentist, family dental practice starting on 2/23/26. We pride ourselves on ensuring each patient gets individualized attention and comprehensive care. An ideal candidate would be hard working, dedicated, upbeat, friendly and a team player. We all work closely together in the office to make for efficient, thorough dental visits for all patients.

Office hours: Monday-Thursday 7AM-3:30PM, lunch 12-12:30. Fridays and major holidays off (including a long break at Christmas/New Year)!

Duties

Review patient medical histories, record vital signs, update xrays.
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures.
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental care.
Develop treatment plans in conjunction with dentist based on each patient's needs.
Utilize our dental software system (XLDent) for patient records management.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area, sterilization area and common areas throughout office.
Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.
