The Role
As an RDH at Paradigm Dental, you are more than just a clinician you are an educator and a key advocate for our patients' health. You will provide comprehensive preventive care while utilizing the latest diagnostic tools to ensure every patient leaves with a plan for a lifetime of oral health.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough dental cleanings (prophylaxis), periodontal scaling, and root planing.
Conduct detailed oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting.
Take high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photos.
Educate patients on proper home care techniques and the link between oral and systemic health.
Collaborate with Dr. Mike and Dr. Mark and the clinical team to develop personalized treatment plans.
Maintain meticulous patient records in EagleSoft
What You Bring to the Chair
Licensure: Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of TX.
Mindset: A gentle touch, a positive attitude, and a commitment to "Paradigm-level" patient care.
Skills: Strong communication skills and a comfort level with modern dental technology.
