Great Oaks Dentistry is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Office Administrator / Hygiene Coordinator to join our growing private practice. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping schedules and systems running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
* Schedule and confirm patient appointments
* Manage the hygiene schedule to maximize efficiency
* Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing and collections
* Check patients in and out
* Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
* Maintain accurate patient records and financial information
* Support daily front office operations
Qualifications:
* Dental front office experience preferred
* Experience with Dentrix strongly preferred
* Knowledge of dental insurance, scheduling, and billing
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Must be dependable, professional, and positive
