Title: Hygiene Coordinator/ Front Desk

Description: I am currently looking to add a full time hygiene coordinator/front desk at my office , Glow Dental Co, in Southwest Austin within the next month. Duties include checking patients in/out, scheduling recalls/ filling hygiene schedule, insurance verification, answering phones.

It is a private practice (I'm the dentist/owner).
The office opened in July of 2021. We participate with the connection dental umbrella plan (we do not accept HMO, Medicaid or Medicare) and we are using Dentrix Ascend as our software.

Hours are Monday 10-6, Tuesday – Thursday (7-3 or 8-4.. or alternating with the other front desk).

Benefits include: PTO/ paid holidays, Simple IRA matching, week of paid vacation, and CE allowance
