We're looking for an orthodontic assistant who wants to be part of something more than just a workplace. We have a fun, encouraging team that genuinely enjoys working together, takes pride in what we do, and loves creating a great experience for our patients.
As an orthodontic assistant, you’ll help deliver excellent clinical care while building relationships with patients and families throughout their treatment journey. You’ll work alongside a supportive team, learn and grow your skills, and play an important role in making our office a place where patients love their smiles—and love coming to see us.
We’re looking for someone who is positive, dependable, energetic, personable, and a great teammate. Orthodontic experience is a plus, but the right attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much.

Preferred Experience, Certifications & Skills
– Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience
– Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
– Current CPR/BLS certification
– Comfortable learning and using digital practice-management and imaging systems
– Warm, friendly, and confident personality with a genuine desire to connect with patients
– Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Dependable, punctual, and willing to jump in wherever the team needs help
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence
– Ability to take direction, receive feedback, and continually learn
– Team-first mindset—someone who celebrates coworkers' successes and contributes to a positive office culture
– Most importantly: a great attitude and a willingness to have fun while doing great work!
