San Antonio Orthodontics is seeking a motivated and professional Orthodontic Treatment Assistant with an RDA certification to join our growing team! We are excited to offer both full-time and part-time positions for the right candidate.
About the Role:
Orthodontic experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to providing an exceptional patient experience. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a team environment, communicates effectively, and is passionate about helping create confident smiles.
Responsibilities:
Assist the orthodontist during treatment procedures
Prepare and maintain patient treatment areas and equipment
Educate patients on oral hygiene and care during treatment
Manage patient records and ensure compliance with all necessary protocols
Provide support to the orthodontic team and contribute to a positive, efficient work environment
Qualifications:
Current RDA certification
Previous orthodontic experience preferred
Excellent communication skills and a patient-first attitude
Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must have reliable transportation
