Title: PR/ Marketing Coordinator

Description: Overview
Our implant and oral surgery practice is looking for the right person to join our team as a PR / Marketing Coordinator. This role is responsible for seeking and maintaining relationships with referral sources while helping grow awareness of the practice within the community.

We specialize in comprehensive surgical and implant dentistry and are passionate about helping patients return to full dental health. This position will focus on strengthening professional relationships, coordinating marketing efforts, and supporting continued practice growth.

Responsibilities may include:

· Building and maintaining relationships with referring offices

· Coordinating marketing and community outreach efforts

· Assisting with referral tracking and communication

· Helping organize educational events, seminars, and office visits

· Supporting practice growth initiatives and patient experience efforts

· Representing the practice professionally within the community

· Tracking referring doctors, production dollars, and ROI in our excel PR Tracker

· Requires regular daily/weekly visits to referring offices and community partners to develop and strengthen referral relationships for the practice

· Paid Ads, Social media, Canva and SEO experience is a must.

Qualified candidates should have a background in dental, healthcare, public relations, marketing, customer service, or sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, professional, and dedicated to providing excellent service and support to both patients and referring offices.

Schedule: Full-time or Part-time | Approximately 25–32 hours per week

Hourly wage to be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skill set.

Compensation: starting at $18 per hour and up (based on experience)
