Title: Registered Dental Assistant
Description: Our Amazing team is looking for a friendly, bright, self-motivated Full time ( 5 days per week, Mon- Fri) Registered Dental Assistant for our General Dental Practice.
Patient Hours:
Mon & Tues 1:00pm-7:00pm
Wed – Fri 7:00am-1:00 pm
No Weekends!
We are an established single doctor practice in need of another dental assistant. A minimum of 4 years of clinical dental experience and Nitrous certification is preferred.
Must enjoy working with a Great team, familiar with common dental technology, Eaglesoft, Cerec, Invisalign, intra-oral scanners etc. If not, we can help you learn a new skill. As a team member, you'll work in an environment that encourages learning, team cohesion and puts patients 1st!
We are a single location, family practice focusing on comprehensive dental care located in the Medical Center Area ( Fredericksburg and Wurzbach)
Compensation will be based on skill level, and how the added value of that skill set helps achieve the practice's goals.

Salary: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
Qualifications:
RDA (Dental Certification Required)
X-Ray/Radiology certification required
past experience as a Dental Assistant
Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for dental procedures
Assist dentist during procedures
Take and develope dental x-rays
Maintain patient records and charts
Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
Additional skills a plus:
Answer phone calls
Schedule/Confirm appointments
Case presentation
Patient Communication
Reporting
Build Rapport with patients & team
Be open armed, creative, and problem solving
