Title: Registered Dental Assistant

Description: Welcome to Timberwood Dental. We’re a young, growing private practice (18 months old) looking for a second Dental Assistant who can jump in confidently and help us keep building something awesome. This role starts as a clinical + front office hybrid and will shift to primarily chairside assisting as we continue to grow.

What You’ll Do

Clinical (primary focus):
You should already be rock‐solid with all core clinical workflows — fillings (isolation, matrix systems, composite steps), crowns/veneers (cord packing, temps, scans, try‐ins, cementation), endodontics (rubber dam, rotary setup, irrigation support), implants (surgical setup, sterile field, component management), and confident four‐handed dentistry with digital workflows. If you love running a smooth, efficient room, you’ll fit right in.

Front Office (secondary):
Greeting/check‐in with a smile
Phones & scheduling
Treatment plan communication
Insurance/administrative support
Schedule

Current: Mon, Wed, Thurs; 7:30am – 5:00pm
Tuesdays added ~ 6 months
No evenings or weekends (yes, really)
Who We’re Looking For

5+ years dental assisting experience (RDA preferred)
Already skilled and independent — this isn’t a training role
Friendly, organized, adaptable, and genuinely great with people
Someone who enjoys a team that laughs, hustles, and supports each other

Status: Full Time

Rate: $16-$24 /hour
