We are seeking a dependable, experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is committed to delivering excellent patient care and contributing to a well-organized, team-oriented practice. Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) As a key member of our team, the RDA plays an essential role in supporting the dentist and ensuring an efficient, positive patient experience. Responsibilities include assisting during procedures, maintaining smooth patient flow, preparing treatment rooms, and helping ensure every patient receives attentive, high-quality care from arrival through check-out.

Experience needed – Prepare operatory rooms and patients for treatment – Assist the dentist during procedures – Keep patient records accurate and up to date – Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment – Support a positive and efficient workflow throughout the practice

We’re Looking For: – Highly organized and detail-oriented – Able to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment – Positive attitude with a growth mindset – Strong communication and teamwork skills – Passion for delivering outstanding patient care

Required Qualifications: – Current RDA license – Experience with Dentrix 24.5 – Skilled in creating temporary crowns – Proficient with scanners and intra-oral cameras – Familiarity with removable prosthetics, and clear aligners

Rate: $25-$30
