Title: Registered Dental Assistant

Description: Town Square Dental is seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our privately owned dental office in Castroville Texas.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, efficient, eager to learn, and passionate about providing excellent patient care. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude who is willing to grow and train alongside our team.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years dental assisting experience
Dentrix experience is REQUIRED
Current Registered Dental Assistant certification
Experience with fabrication of temporaries
Digital scanning experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn, train, and grow within the practice
Experience Preferred In:
Chairside assisting for restorative procedures
Crown and bridge procedures
Implant dentistry
Taking digital X-rays
Infection control and sterilization
Assisting with extractions and basic oral surgery
Taking impressions and digital scans
Temporary crown fabrication
Treatment setup and breakdown
Charting and treatment notes
Patient education and postoperative instructions
Understanding dental terminology and procedures
Maintaining efficient patient flow throughout the day

Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 7:40 AM – 5:00 PM
Opportunity to occasionally pick up Friday hours, however, Fridays are not mandatory.
