Title: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Description: Modern Touch Dentistry is seeking a motivated and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team in Schertz, TX.
We are a patient-focused practice committed to delivering high-quality clinical care with an emphasis on teamwork, efficiency, and excellence in dentistry.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values organization and efficiency, and genuinely cares about patient comfort and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Chairside assisting during restorative and surgical procedures
Assisting with extractions, implants, crowns, root canals, Invisalign, and comprehensive cases
(All-on-X experience is a plus)
Taking digital X-rays and intraoral scans
Maintaining strict sterilization and infection control protocols
Reviewing post-operative instructions with patients
Accurate clinical charting and documentation
Supporting daily schedule flow and maintaining clinical efficiency

Qualifications:
Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilization standards
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Team-oriented mindset

Schedule
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Closed Saturday & Sunday
