Description: The PERFECT job for an enthusiastic, compassionate, talented Hygienist!
Full Time (4 days ideally but will consider 3 days a week for the right person)
Our Office: Small (and nicely busy) privately owned, care-focused General Dental office with Drs. Abby Tibbitts and Ellen Cainsford alternating days caring for our patients each week.
Compensation & Benefits- Competitive hourly wages based on qualifications and experience, a 401k retirement plan with match (this adds almost tax free 3.5% to your income!) available after just six months with our team and access to BCBS health insurance benefits. We offer three weeks Paid Vacation/Sick Time (two of your choosing and one at Christmas Break), Paid Holidays and Dental Care benefits for you and your direct family members. Annual Scrub allowance, Paid Team Continuing Education events and reimbursement for courses. We also have a Hygiene Bonus Program and more opportunities for bonuses coming in the future!
Office Hours: Mon/Wed 8am-4:30pm, Tue/Thurs 8am-4pm (1hr lunches), Friday 8am-2:30pm (30min lunch)
Our office is a close-knit team of talented professionals that truly care about providing highest level of service and patient care. Both Drs. Tibbitts and Cainsford are compassionate, genuine, and super talented dentists who will support you in applying your knowledge, growing your technical skillset, and maximizing what you are able to do as a professional. (We are planning to train and integrate lasers into our hygiene program towards the end of this year!) We also love to have a little fun together with Friday happy hours, team appreciation pedicures, and office lunches to celebrate each other (birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, baby showers…).
A can-do, what can I help with, let’s have a great day attitude is a must. Gentle yet very thorough patient care and great communication skills are also essential. Our office uses Dentrix and Dexis software and Dexis digital sensors. We are happy to familiarize you with our software, technology, infection control and safety protocols so that you can be comfortable and proficient during your days.
