Title: Patient Care Coordinator

Description: As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our practice. This position will start as part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. We are looking for someone who is positive, energetic, organized, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities include:
• Greeting patients and families with a warm and friendly attitude
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
• Verifying insurance and assisting with billing questions
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Coordinating patient flow and supporting the clinical team
• Ensuring the front office remains organized and efficient

We are looking for individuals who are professional, team-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive experience for children and their families. Pediatric dental experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate who is motivated and eager to grow with our practice.
